INGREDIENTS

Strong white flour500g
Sugar15g
Milk330ml
Salt9g
Butter20g
Saf-instant® Red instant dry yeast11g
Sesame seedsAs needed

PREPARE THE DOUGH

  1. Place all the dough ingredients except sesame seeds into the mixer.
  2. Knead until the dough have an even consistency.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 45 minutes.

SHAPING

  1. Divide the dough into 6 pieces at approximately 100g each.
  2. Shape each dough and place them on a parchment lined baking tray.
  3. Cover with a cloth to prevent the dough drying out and let it rest at room temperature for 45 minutes.

BAKING

  1. Preheat oven at 160˚C.
  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds on each dough if desired and bake for 30 minutes at 160˚C.
  3. Cool to room temperature before serving.
