SAF-INSTANT™ Blue is specially crafted for use in very high-sugar doughs containing more than 20% sugar by weight of flour.
Ideal uses include Danish pastries and sweet Asian buns such as roti manis and ensaymada.
Simply add the product into dry flour and mix well. Our instant dried yeast does not require rehydration before use.
Avoid placing SAF-INSTANT™ Blue in contact with ice or iced water.
Always store the product in a cool, dry place, away from heat. Refrigeration is not required for unopened products.
Vacuum packaging ensures unopened products can be stored for up to 2 years from production date (see packaging).
Once opened, the product must be used within 48 hours. If required, extend the shelf life of an opened product by up to 8 days by sealing it.
Each box contains 20 x 500g sachets.
