Preparation

  1. Mix all the sweet bread dough ingredients until well-developed.
  2. Cut and weigh the dough into 50 g portions, then round each piece.
  3. Flatten each portion and place the rendang filling inside.
  4. Mix all the Danish dough ingredients until smooth, then rest in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Place a sheet of butter in the center of the Danish dough, seal tightly, flatten, then make double and single folds. Rest the dough in the freezer for 60 minutes.

Shaping

  1. Place the Danish dough on top of the sweet bread dough.
  2. Proof the combined dough for 90 minutes.

Baking

  1. Brush the dough with egg wash.
  2. Place a slice of cheese and parsley on top.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 90 minutes.
