NO REHYDRATING REQUIRED
Made up of tiny particles, Saf-instant® yeast can be directly mixed with dry ingredients to form dough without being rehydrated.
CONSISTENCY
Unlike active dry yeast, you can combine our instant yeast directly with dry ingredients to form dough. This simplifies your baking process for more consistent results.

Usage
For sweet dough with 5-20% sugar on flour weight. Great for sweet buns, sandwich loaves and buns with fillings.
Shelf life
2 years from date of production, unless special regulations apply.

Instructions and precautions
- Added directly to the flour, or at the start of the mixing process
- Once opened, the sachet must be used within 48 hours or stored in the fridge, sealed, and used within 8 days.
- Saf-instant® must be kept in a dry place away from heat
- Saf-instant® does not require rehydration before use
- Do not place Saf-instant® in direct contact with ice or iced water
